Tomato ham pie

A quick-to-bake and tasteful pie !

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C if it's a convection one or 200°C otherwise
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices and the ham into squares
  3. Roll out the puff pastry in your pie dish and heat it for 10 min
  4. Remove the pastry from the oven and spread the following ingredients in that order : mustard, cream, ham, tomato, provencal herbs and grated cheese
  5. Bake the pie for 15-20 min

Serve with a mixed green salad.
