Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour and salt and make a well in the middle.
  2. Add the oil and water.
  3. With your hands knead to have a smooth dough. Rest it for 15 min.
  4. In the mean time pre-cook the lardons in the microwave at 700/900W for 4/3min to drain the water.
  5. Finely slice the onions.
  6. In a large bowl, mix the cream and cream cheese. Ideally, beat together with a mixer to obtain a creamier flammekueche.
  7. Preheat your oven at maximum heat.
  8. Roll out the dough. It should covera large baking sheet and not be too thick.
  9. Spread the cream/cheese mixture. Then add the lardons and onions.
  10. Cook for 15, 12 or 10 min if your heat is 220, 250 or 300°C
Can be serve as appetizers or main dish with a salad
