Roasted butternut soup

Preparation time: 20 min - baking time: 40 min Simple but delicious soup for cold winter evening

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Halve the butternut and hollow it out. Cube the onions and the apple. Cut the head of the garlic.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a big dish for oven. Season and cover with oil.
  4. Put in the oven for 40 min.
  5. If you don't have liquid broth don't forget to boil water and add the cube before the end.
  6. Finally mix everything together
Can be served with grated cheese or crouton.
